The service was great! The food tasted so fresh and was very affordable. The first ramen place I've seen to offer so many vegan options! It's nice that they offer so many options besides ramen. The bento boxes are a great addition! It's a small and cozy spot, will definitely be back to share this place with my family!

I ordered Hybrid Tsukemen - Tonkotsu and fish based broth mixed and friend tried the Spicy Miso Ramen. Dipping broth was so rich, creamy, and flavorful blend of tonkotsu and fish. Pork Belly was tender. Noodles were cooked to perfect chewiness. Friend was also impressed with his spicy miso ramen. Service was good and plenty of seating inside.

Taste - 4/5 The tsukemen was the star of the show for me - the noodles were chewy and I loved the texture, and the broth was flavorful. The ramen tasted good but as memorable for me as the broth wasn't as tasty as the tsukemen broth. I didn't really like the chashu they had in both of the noodles as it was too fatty. The takoyaki and curry don were decent if you want some variety but didn't really impress me either. Price - 4/5 Price is similar to other ramen shops in the area. Expect around $15-20 for main dishes. Experience - 3/5 Service was focused more on speed but maybe that was because it was prime dinner time and there was a line, but we definitely felt a little rushed. There were multiple solo diners so this seems like a good spot for a quick solo meal.

Walked in on a Thursday with two people and were able to be seated right away. The restaurant is cute! Not super big, but the high ceilings help things not feel crowded. When dining in, you can order a combo with an appetizer and a drink. My partner got the combo with the gyoza. They were a little too charred for my liking, but he loved them. My original ramen was great! I loved the broth, it was creamy and had excellent flavor. Most ramen toppings were great. I didn't love the spinach - if I were to get this again, I'd order without. My partner got the lack ramen, very similar to original, just with the black garlic broth.

Overall: 15/25 Points* *See profile for detailed rating system Food 4/5: Rich broth, thick chashu, noodles were soggy and lacked texture. Kaarage was juicy and flavorful Service 4/5: Waited 45 minutes for a party of 2 on Friday around 8 PM, servers were attentive & very quick/friendly Ambiance 3/5: Unremarkable Value 4/5: Premium protein and depth in flavor for a slightly elevated price

Pretty unique ramen place! Fast service, but also very real. There's a little card that teaches you how to eat your ramen and it says you can ask for a soup at the end of your tsukemen, but our waiter told us: "guys it's really just seaweed water." It was still pretty good though, and free. The food was good! Very rich in flavor. The place also allowed dogs which was nice. They just had to stay on the patio.

Stopped in for lunch on a saturday. Wait was about 15 min. Place was poppin. I didn't honestly know what to expect but went straight for the ramen. Didn't order any sides. Though i wish I did now that i know how good the ramen is. Got the hybrid ramen and veg hybrid ramen. The veg was ok. The broth was definitely missing some depth. But the regular hybrid raken with pork, good lord. That stuff made my loins quiver. The char sui pork and egg were well cooked and seasoned. The noodles were the right level of al dente and chewy. But its all about that broth baby. Its rich and complex and deep and even beautiful white colored speckled with spicy droplets of oil flavor bombs. I'll definitely be back and i'll be ordering much more of the menu when i come.
